Aaron O’Rourke B.E., LL.B. (Hons) – Principal Solicitor

With his extensive knowledge and experience of Conveyancing, Property, Strata and Family Law, Aaron will handle your matter in a professional manner while at the same time maintaining the friendliness and availability afforded to being a small business.

Aaron is the main contact for reviewing contracts for clients looking to purchase a property. He will advise and assist with exchange of contracts, helping you to secure your chosen property.

Similarly, Aaron will assist our vendor clients and their agents when negotiating final terms of the contract with prospective purchasers and their solicitors. He will often attend to the exchange of contracts before handing the matter over to our conveyancing specialist Sarah Doyle.

Aaron works alongside solicitor Julia Scully with matters relating to Wills and Probate as well as Leasing, Transfer and Family Law matters.

Aaron spends his free time working on his golf and tennis skills as well as enjoying dinners out and trips to the theatre.

Sally O’Rourke B.Com (Hons), Dip. Ed. – Conveyancer

With a background in marketing and teaching, Sally is a qualified Conveyancer who assists with contract preparation.

Sally is the main point of contact for clients wishing to sell their home or investment property. She will take instructions from the client before preparing the contract of sale with the required documents and attachments. She will then issue the contract to the selling agent.

When she’s not preparing contracts Sally enjoys dance and barre classes, playing piano, walks with her dog and trips to the theatre.

Justine Cowie L.L.B. (Hons) – Paralegal

Originally from Scotland, Justine holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and assists in all conveyancing matters, from initial contract reviews through to settlement.

Outside of work, Justine enjoys making the most of Sydney’s coast. You will often find her at the beach, discovering new restaurants around the city, or unwinding with a Pilates session.

Jhovena Corpuz  – Administration Assistant

Working behind the scenes, Jhovena ensures that every settlement is smooth sailing and on time by assisting with administration of conveyancing matters, liaising with clients and authorities such as strata and council.

While she’s not on duty, this matcha-fuelled girl loves to explore places and food, read books, play video games, and binge-watch her favourite shows.
